Lunar Society Trail
Client: History West Midlands
Sector: Heritage and culture
The Brief – Over the years, we have built a library of short documentaries for History West Midlands, using many different formats: voice-over narration, presentations to-camera as well as more informal interviews. For this film, we were tasked with producing a short documentary to follow the new Lunar Society Trail as well as focussing on the individuals themselves.
The Process - This film had multiple filming locations and needed a vast quantity of historical images. We were able to source all of the archive images in house as well as royalty free music. Voice-over narration kept the costs down as well as re-purposing some of the footage from other projects.
The Result - The final film was shown at Flatpack festival and the British Science Festival and has been seen by thousands of people.
